Ortho K: clear vision by day, lenses only at night.
Orthokeratology (Ortho K) is a non-surgical solution for people who want to see well without wearing spectacles or daytime contact lenses. You wear specially made contact lenses overnight that reshape the eyes, so you see better during the day.
Ortho K can be beneficial if you play contact sports or swim regularly, or simply don’t want to wear spectacles and contact lenses. Unlike surgery, it is also completely reversible.
To find out whether you are a suitable candidate for Ortho K therapy, please arrange an appointment at Newbold Opticians.
